Drummer Jerry Steinhilber has written some wonderfully unique musical suites for this exciting tenor sax/bass/drums trio. The freewheeling, full-throated sound of Josh Cook’s tenor soars over the propulsive rhythms that Jerry and King lay firmly underneath.
The trio interweaves a variety of impactful tunes from classic and newer jazz masters that have been inspirational compositions for all serious jazz fans.
Lineup: Jerry Steinhilber (composer, drums), Josh Cook (tenor sax), King Dahl (bass)
Admission: $10 general, $5 students, WJMAC members FREE
Tickets at the door 6:00pm. Doors at 6:30pm. First come, first seated. Program subject to change.
