Welcome,
Those from Room 199

“Room 199 was where I first dared to put my own words to action, the room where sacred bonds were formed with other creators, the home of HOURS and HOURS of rehearsals, a keeper of secrets, whose floor caught LITERAL blood, sweat, and tears…”—Sean Cook

Room 199 itself is no more, but is remembered by its final class, who found another creative home down the hill at iDiOM Theater.

Please join us in supporting iDiOM’s new project, a downtown performing arts center which will provide a home for many more local performing arts groups, for decades to come.

Boring tax stuff: Center for the Arts is at present a registered trade name (aka ‘DBA’) of iDiOM Theater, which is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit; iDiOM has filed paperwork to officially change its name to Center for the Arts, but in the meantime our nonprofit and charity registrations with the state are still listed under iDiOM Theater. Our state UBI number is 602-888-933, our state charity registration number is 29775, and our federal tax ID number is 37-1578059.
