CENTER’s biggest fundraiser of the year is also Bellingham's only New Year’s Eve pop-up disco! DJs are bringing the vinyl. Bellingham’s Black Water band is bringing the soul and funk. We are bringing the Alice in Wonderland-themed cocktails, flash mobs, puns, and spectacle, guilty pleasure raffle, silent auction, noshables, and complimentary champagne toast.
